Our story

Our Story: Built for the
People Who Keep Going.

Redi didn’t start in a lab or a boardroom. It started with the people who show up, work hard, and don’t get to tap out.

Quick answer

Redi Supplements is an electrolyte hydration brand founded by Cory Crumpler, a commercial diver, for people who work hard physically — trades, healthcare, first responders, and anyone who works long and hard. Every formula is third-party tested, naturally sweetened, and made in the USA.

I’m a commercial diver by trade. After enough long days on the water and under it — heavy gear, no easy way to stop and drink — I went looking for hydration that could keep up. Everything on the shelf was built for marathon runners and gym selfies, not for people who work hard for a living. Nobody was making it for my crew, so I built it.

Why Redi exists

Redi started on the water. Our founder, Cory Crumpler, spent years as a commercial diver — the kind of work that runs long, gets physical, and doesn’t hand you a break when your body needs one. Topside or below it, he watched good people grind themselves down on plain water, then reach for hydration mixes that were clearly made for someone else: endurance athletes, race day, the finish line. None of it was built for the way he and his crew actually worked.

The insight was simple. Your body doesn’t care whether the strain comes from a workout or a workday — it burns through the same five electrolytes either way. A nurse on hour eleven, a lineman in July, a diver coming off a long job: all of them are running the same deficit as the marathoner, and none of the products on the shelf were talking to them. So Cory built the hydration he wished he’d had on the worst days — five electrolytes in forms your body can actually use, no sugar bomb, no marketing dressed up as nutrition — and made sure it worked just as well for everyone else who works for a living.

That’s still the whole idea. Redi is built for the people who keep everything running — trades and crews, healthcare, first responders, the military, and anyone whose day asks more of their body than a desk ever could. Not the finish line. The long day. Stay Redi. For Anything.

What we believe

Hydration should be built for real life, not just race day. That belief shows up in two concrete ways. First, a formula good enough to lead with — five essential electrolytes in premium, absorbable forms, naturally sweetened, third-party tested every batch. Second, the honesty to publish it in full: a plain-language ingredient glossary, a complete what’s-inside breakdown, and no fine print pretending to be nutrition. If we wouldn’t hand it to someone we love before a double shift, it doesn’t ship.

Who we’re for

Healthcare workers on twelve-hour shifts. Trades and crews out in the heat. First responders on long calls in heavy gear. Busy parents running on empty. These aren’t marketing personas to us — they’re the people Redi was made for, and each one has a page written for their actual day, not a generic wellness pitch. If your day asks more of your body than a desk ever could, Redi is built for you.

The standard we hold

Every batch is tested by an independent lab before it ships, for both purity and label accuracy. Everything we make is naturally sweetened, gluten-free, and made in the USA. That’s not marketing language — it’s the floor we refuse to drop below, because the people we make this for can’t afford to gamble on what they put in their body between shifts.

Where we’re headed

Redi is a young brand with a clear job: become the hydration that hard-working people reach for by name. We’re growing carefully, keeping the formula honest and the standard high, and listening to the nurses, tradespeople, responders, and parents who tell us what their real days demand. Stay Redi. For Anything. isn’t a tagline to us — it’s the promise we’re building the whole company around.

Common questions about Redi

Is Redi a family business? Yes, in the truest sense. Redi was founded by Cory Crumpler, a commercial diver by trade, and built with family — a young, independent brand growing carefully, with the formula and the standard kept front and center.

Where is Redi made? Every Redi product is made in the USA and third-party tested for purity and label accuracy before it ships. Naturally sweetened and gluten-free, on every batch.

What does “Stay Redi. For Anything.” mean? It’s the promise behind the brand — hydration that’s ready for whatever your day throws at you, built for real life and real work rather than a single race or season. It’s the standard we hold ourselves to on every pack.

A young brand, on purpose

Redi is early in its story, and we think that’s a strength, not a caveat. It means every decision still runs through one question — is this genuinely good for the people we made it for? — instead of a spreadsheet. It means we can talk to the nurses, tradespeople, responders, and parents who use it and actually change things based on what they tell us. And it means the transparency isn’t a marketing campaign we’ll quietly walk back once we’re big; it’s how the brand was built from day one. Growing carefully, keeping the formula honest, and earning the name on the pack one hard-working customer at a time — that’s the whole plan.
